Yes. Hyatt offers separate military-related rates: MILVET saves 10-15% off the standard rate; the Government route publishes no uniform percentage in its reviewed introduction; and Inclusive Collection offers up to 7% off qualifying standard resort-only rates with MILITARY.

Identify a route from its actual offer text and terms, not from a URL label. A code or dropdown choice selects a rate; it does not verify your eligibility. A percentage not published in the Government introduction does not mean there is no government rate.
Veteran and Military Rate: MILVET
The current official introduction offers U.S. veterans, active-duty armed service members and their immediate family members a range of 10-15% off the standard rate at participating Hyatt hotels in the United States. Its family bullet specifies travel with a qualifying service member. It does not establish an unrestricted independent-family-travel entitlement.
- Use the Veteran and Military Rate introduction to check the applicable traveler and U.S. participation conditions.
- Enter MILVET as the Special Offer Code when making your reservation.
- Read the target hotel's actual Rate Details before confirming the booking.
- At check-in, present a valid U.S. Military/Veteran ID, DD-214, or other official military-service documentation accepted by the stated requirement. These are alternatives, not a requirement to provide every document.
The current full terms beneath this page's Terms & Conditions heading were not retrieved. The room cap, full stacking rules, detailed family enumeration and complete exclusions therefore remain unconfirmed in this review. No historical room cap or old excluded-property list is inserted here. Offer introduction and proof-of-service bullets; checked 2026-09-15.
Government rate: government work
The official introduction requires government-work-related business. It lists government employees across the stated federal, state, county, local and provincial categories; U.S. military personnel; employees of state-funded higher-education universities and health-care facilities; and defense or cost-reimbursable contractors. This is not presented as the general leisure MILVET route.
- In the booking window, open Special Rates and select Government.
- Check that the target hotel offers the rate for your dates and that the rate details fit your travel purpose.
- Present the required valid government or military identification at check-in.
The FAQ permits up to two rooms under one name, but each room requires a distinct valid government ID at check-in. It also says missing required documentation may cause conversion to the then-current Hyatt Standard Rate. The full current stacking terms were not retrieved, and no uniform percentage is supplied by the reviewed introduction. Introduction, booking instructions and government-rate FAQ; checked 2026-09-15.
Inclusive Collection: MILITARY
This separate offer is for U.S. Military Service Members at participating Inclusive Collection resorts. Do not transfer MILVET's veteran or family eligibility into this route. The published maximum is up to 7% off a qualifying Standard Resort-Only Rate.
- Use the official Inclusive Collection military offer page and its booking link.
- Book directly on the designated website with MILITARY and select a qualifying standard resort-only rate.
- Check availability and the selected resort's actual rate conditions.
- Show a valid U.S. Military ID at check-in. Without the required ID, the rate may be converted to the undiscounted Standard Rate.
The offer permits one room per military member, per stay, and is non-transferable. Advance reservation is required and room allocation is limited. Only U.S.-market hotel-only reservations qualify under these terms; packages combined with airfare and bookings through outside suppliers, tour operators or travel agents are excluded.
Tax, incidentals and hotel-specific charges are excluded from the discount. Upgrades and extra guests may cost more. Existing or held reservations and groups/conventions are restricted. The offer cannot be combined with other rates, promotions, offers, discounts or coupons, including World of Hyatt member rates and the listed price guarantees, reduced group rates and travel-agent rates. The Details section separately permits earning World of Hyatt points; points earning does not make member-rate stacking permissible.
Book By: 2027-12-31. Travel By: 2027-12-31. These dates belong only to this Inclusive Collection offer. Check-in proof and unconfirmed details
Each route states its own check-in proof requirement. Government and Inclusive Collection explicitly describe potential standard-rate conversion when required documents are missing. The current MILVET introduction does not establish that consequence, so its repricing outcome remains unconfirmed here.
Entering MILVET, choosing Government or entering MILITARY is not completed identity verification. A complete online document-upload workflow was not confirmed in the reviewed pages. Not confirmed does not mean no verification exists. Identification bullet; checked 2026-09-15. Identification FAQ; checked 2026-09-15. Check-in requirement; checked 2026-09-15.

Read the target hotel's Rate Details
Before committing, inspect the rate actually offered by your chosen hotel for your travel dates. Confirm availability, qualifying traveler and travel purpose, stay restrictions, cancellation conditions and guarantee or payment requirements. Treat a single-property exception as a property-specific condition, not a national eligibility rule.
No property-specific room quote was collected for this guide. No room-night price, monetary saving or conversion is invented from the advertised percentages.

Frequently asked questions
Is MILVET the same as MILITARY?
No. MILVET identifies the Veteran and Military Rate described on the U.S. offer page. MILITARY belongs to the separately documented Inclusive Collection offer. Their bases, eligibility and room limits differ.
Does the Government rate apply to ordinary vacation travel?
The reviewed Government introduction specifies government-work-related business. Do not use a private traveler story or a single-hotel exception to rewrite that national introduction.
Do the Inclusive Collection deadlines apply to MILVET?
No. Only the Inclusive Collection page supplies the Book By and Travel By deadlines reported here. Dedicated MILVET and Government calendar start/end dates were not established in this review.
Can I use an old release to fill the missing MILVET terms?
This guide does not do so. The current room cap, complete stacking rules and other unread terms remain unconfirmed; earlier published conditions are not assumed to remain current.
Are Hyatt’s veterans discount rates all the same?
When checking for a Hyatt veterans discount, keep MILVET, Government and MILITARY separate. The reviewed routes are not interchangeable; use only the program whose eligibility conditions you meet.
Review scope and reading methods
Reviewed 2026-09-15. The official booking-information pages returned rate-limit responses in the selected browser. Web-text retrieval supplied the MILVET introduction and Government introduction/FAQ, but not the full text below their Terms & Conditions headings. The Inclusive Collection offer and complete displayed terms were read through web-text retrieval. This is not represented as successful browser access to those pages.
Dedicated calendar start/end dates for MILVET and Government were not established. That does not imply permanent validity. Inclusive Collection's deadlines are offer-validity dates, not dated price comparisons. Earlier launch material is not used to fill current missing terms.
