Sources for the three gym rows
Planet Fitness’s row retains the September 22, 2026 review of its current official pages, 2019 announcement and actual 2024 ESG report text. LA Fitness’s row separates the direct brand’s public terms from WeSalute, USAA and the ASYMCA/Army program materials checked on the same date.
Gold’s Gym local sources
Gas Worx’s actual image card and associated terms establish the local recurring amount, four-month commitment and two fee waivers. Virginia’s FAQ concerns military cancellation, while the Army brochure limits the Gold’s Gym program listing to Texas. The Gold’s Gym register retains image-read, access and historical-source details. Review date: September 22, 2026.
