Gold’s Gym Military Discount — Sources and Number Register
Corporate claims, local military offers, membership fees and funded programs have distinct scopes.
Sources checked September 22, 2026; published September 22, 2026. No purchase or eligibility verification was performed.
Current local sources and the image-read resolution
Tampa Gas Worx memberships supplies the current military/first-responder plan. The actual image card was viewed in Chrome on September 22, 2026: $47.99 bi-weekly and a four-month commitment. Its associated details provide $0 enrollment, $0 annual fee, proof at first check-in and in-club signup. Initial text-only extraction missed the price and commitment; that limitation was resolved by reading the image, not by estimating.
Jacksonville’s official FAQ supplied local short-stay language, with no military price established. Lorton/Lake Ridge’s FAQ supplied the military-orders cancellation clause. None is generalized to every Gold’s Gym.
Numbers, bases and dates
| Number or date | Source | Meaning and limit |
|---|---|---|
| $47.99 bi-weekly; four months | Actual military/first-responder image card | Local recurring price and commitment, not monthly price or expiry. |
| $0 enrollment; $0 annual | Associated membership details | Only those fee components; not free dues or every charge waived. |
| 20% pro-shop/smoothies; 50% guest passes | Separate plan perks | Their own purchase bases, not a percentage off membership dues. |
| $50; 30 days | Local cancellation FAQ | Early-termination fee waiver for qualifying military orders and written notice period; not a monthly saving. |
| 20%; $49; May 27, 2011 | Historical third-party report | Reported regular-dues reduction and enrollment fee in an old program, not a current quote. |
| 40%; $20 bi-weekly | DC Government employee page | Employment-based corporate offer, not military eligibility or monthly savings. |
| Texas only; July 31, 2027 | Army brochure; ASYMCA page | Gold’s Gym program-listing geography and initiative extension, respectively; no automatic approval. |
| September 22, 2026; conditional cost formulas | This review and arithmetic | Review date; no payment count, tax, military savings percentage or unknown fee estimated. |
Main-query audit: original ten-result order
The US/English desktop sample retained ten original organic URL entries. Seven relevant bodies were readable; three remained unknown. No unread result was replaced. This does not claim ten distinct policies or a physically US browser search.
- Military.com directory: unreadable body.
- Instagram result: login/navigation shell; caption, date and account authority not established.
- The Military Wallet: readable location-dependent third-party claims, not a current named-club quote.
- Reddit discussion: readable historical user reports; removed material not read.
- Facebook answer page: body unreadable.
- Operation Military Kids: readable reporting about a former program and its own survey; not this guide’s calls.
- WorthEPenny: readable third-party assertion and ordinary coupon cards; not a brand-wide denial.
- Gold’s Gym India: readable regional promotions, not US military policy.
- Army Wife 101: readable 2011 report.
- DCHR: readable DC employee benefit, not a military offer.
Only a military offer’s own percentage could count as a military rate. Other group/country offers, membership extras and unread excerpts do not fill that field.
Retained official military-program evidence
The Army brochure body was read earlier on September 22, 2026 and retained in the same review record. A later retrieval returned 403; that failed retry did not replace the already-read text or count as proof of a changed program. Its Gold’s Gym Texas-only qualifier remains attached. Individual enrollment, participating-club availability and family coverage were not tested.
What remains unconfirmed
A current uniform US military/veteran rate, universal code, full veteran/family eligibility and selected-club tax/processing/renewal details were not established. The SoCal franchise terms describe separate local operators; the central join entry did not provide a usable military quote. Default zero totals and unfilled plan fields were not interpreted as prices.
No account, purchase, code redemption, military proof submission, program application, cancellation or club contact occurred.
