For active duty, the page says both the service member and dependents need a military ID or the orange/red dependent card for themselves and their children. If the service member is absent, a spouse may show the dependent card and photo ID for themselves and their children. Nondependent guests accompanying military personnel are excluded.

Offer dates and document dates stay separate
The current Offers and membership pages state no offer-validity dates. GOVX's 30-day line is the validity of its individual ticket, not the Aquarium's offer period. The MWR PDF's “Last updated 10/25” has no stated year and is a document label, not a policy date.
