- Converse Promotional Terms & Conditions — U.S. online/store scope, SheerID, exclusions, re-verification and no-stacking terms.

- Converse customer-service FAQ — original FAQ subsequently read in the browser on September 21, 2026; confirms online verification in the bag or checkout step 2 and valid military ID at U.S. Converse-owned store checkout. Its three named product exclusions do not remove the additional Converse Launch exclusion in the promotional terms.
SERP audit boundary
The initial Google top-ten reading had seven readable bodies out of ten. A subsequent browser recheck read the exact rank-3 customer-service FAQ, bringing the follow-up readable count to eight; the earlier failed read remains in the audit history. The official military page, promotional terms and SheerID FAQ were read through the page reader even though some direct HTTP requests returned challenge or CSS shells. Third-party 10%–25% claims and coupon-card dates were not used over the current official 15% terms.

The original Converse customer-service FAQ was read successfully in the browser on September 21, 2026 after the earlier loading-shell result. It confirms 15%, online verification in the bag or at checkout step 2, and valid military ID at checkout in U.S. Converse-owned stores. Its exclusion list names Limited Edition, NBA licensed product and gift cards; the separately cited promotional terms also exclude Converse Launch.
