Official current sources and their limits
Coupon Corner provided readable ordinary coupon cards, including product requirements, channel labels and expiries. My Deals supplied ordinary product/promotion content through the web reader after the direct response showed only a partial category shell. A browser attempt timed out and returned the connection page; that was not counted as a Staples body read.
The Help Center provided general support topics. None of the official material read established a standing US military percentage or universal military code. This is a source-limited finding, not a nationwide refusal.
2022 sources and unresolved original terms
Harris County Veterans Services confirms the historical rate, dates and listed groups. WRAL’s 2022 report was obtained as a complete HTTP 200 body after the web reader timed out; its Staples paragraph supplied the reported store channel and ID/checkout instruction. It is dated reporting, not the original retailer coupon.
The original Military.com search result remained unreadable. Its separate historical article also failed; neither snippet was used as body evidence. Complete Staples exclusions, eligible tax/fee treatment, caps and stacking rules for 2022 were not verified.

One main query: original result order
The US/English desktop sample retained ten original organic URLs in order. Seven had readable relevant public bodies; three remained unknown. Readable WeSalute public access terms do not mean its private card offer was read. This is not a claim that the search ran in a physically US browser.

Only a military offer’s own rate in the relevant country would count as a military rate. Ordinary coupons, points, other-brand offers and unread excerpts were excluded.
No redemption or eligibility test
No private marketplace login, card purchase, coupon clipping, code submission, account verification, store contact or checkout was performed. Gift-card redemption channels and combinations remain unconfirmed until the actual card and offer terms are read. The current military-code and price fields stay unknown rather than zero.
