Knott’s Berry Farm Military Discount — Sources and Search Audit
Seven of ten original result bodies were readable. One readable result states a percentage; three original URLs remain unknown, so the full top-ten gap cannot be established.
Search sample and official page bodies checked September 23, 2026; published September 24, 2026. No purchase or eligibility verification was performed.
Search method and rank comparison
Query: knotts berry farm military discount. The bare Google page was opened in the signed-in Chrome session on September 23, 2026 with hl=en&gl=us&pws=0. The footer showed “Results are not personalized” and “Unknown – Can’t determine location”; the configured U.S. language/country parameters are preserved, but the physical search location is unknown.
The bare page rendered nine natural-result headings. The page-two continuation at start=10 returned the Reddit result as rank 10; start=9 returned the same overlapping candidate. AI Overview, People also ask, videos, and other non-organic blocks were excluded.
The web-results view (udm=14) matched bare ranks 1–4, then changed order beginning at rank 5. The Google basic request with gbv=1 was normalized to gbv=2; it matched bare ranks 1–7, then differed at rank 8, so it is not described as an independent no-JavaScript result. The Google homepage search box was filled one character at a time and submitted; its first nine organic results matched the bare page in order.
Ten original natural-result page bodies
“Yes” in the base/restrictions column means the readable body names at least one concrete offer product, eligible group, quantity cap, or usage restriction. It does not mean the page gives a complete reference-price denominator. The percentage column counts only a percentage explicitly attached to a military-related Knott’s ticket offer; hotel or unrelated savings are not counted. Article/post dates do not count as offer dates.

Counts over readable original bodies only
Among the 7 of 10 original bodies that could be read, 1 of 7 states a military-related percentage, 7 of 7 states at least one product/eligibility/quantity boundary, 7 of 7 gives a claim or purchase route, and 5 of 7 gives an offer/event date. The percentage is GOVX’s third-party “up to 45%” headline; the readable page does not show its comparison price or exact eligible-group list.
Three original bodies remain unknown: ranks 2, 3, and 10. The percentages above describe only seven readable originals. With those three URLs unreadable, the full ten-result gap cannot be established. An unreadable body is not counted as “No,” and no replacement result was mixed into the original ten.

Search-result titles and snippets were used only to identify the ranked URLs; inaccessible snippets were not used to fill body-level cells. Historical event prices, the hotel rate, and the GOVX member headline are not combined into a single Knott’s military percentage. No statement is made that unreadable pages or absent directory entries prove Knott’s has no other offer.
