SaluteScoutKings Island Military Discount — Sources and Search Audit
Kings Island's official pages separate daily tickets, Military Days, season-pass search terms and Fast Lane. Six of ten validated result bodies were readable; the full top-ten gap remains bounded.
Google sample and official page bodies checked September 24, 2026; published September 24, 2026. No purchase or eligibility verification was performed.
The first seven matched, so Google Web view supplied ranks eight through ten
The query was kings island military discount with hl=en, gl=us and pws=0, checked September 24, 2026 in the signed-in Chrome. The bare Google page showed nine natural results; the homepage-typed search showed the same nine in the same order. Both excluded the AI Overview, ads, videos and other non-organic features.
Google Web view (udm=14) showed ten. Its first seven URLs matched the bare page in the same order, so ranks eight through ten below use that view to complete the same sample: Reddit, Kings Dominion and WeSalute. These are not a second keyword or a substituted first-seven ranking.
Rows two, five, six and eight were reopened once each and remained unreadable. Their listed URLs/ranks are retained as Unknown. Counts below use only the six readable bodies in this validated ten-result sample. Kings Dominion is a different park and is not used for Kings Island policy.

Among six readable page bodies: 1/6 states a military percentage (the WeSalute+ third-party claim); 6/6 give a product or limitation detail; 6/6 show a route or referral route; and 3/6 state a product-valid date or event window. The base/limits column records a product and a material rule; a Yes does not mean a like-for-like public-price denominator exists.
Official daily tickets, events and other products remain separate
| Source | What its readable body states | Base, eligibility and limits | Route, date and scope |
|---|---|---|---|
| Official Military Tickets page | Read in Chrome; HTTP 200. Shows Only $45 for Military & First Responder single-day admission. | ID.me registration; online only; up to six family/friend tickets; valid selected date; no stacking; fees up to $9.99 plus taxes. | Page checked September 24, 2026. Product offering can change; no start/end date stated. |
| Official Military Days page | Read in Chrome; HTTP 200. Year-round discounted admission has no numeric rate; free single-day event May 22-25, 2026. | Year-round groups listed: active, retired, veterans, reserves and National Guard. Free event: active/retired, valid U.S. Military ID at gate, extra tickets bought online. | The 2026 free-event dates have passed; year-round discount has no exact dates or rate. |
| Official general Season Passes page | Read in Chrome; HTTP 200. Lists 2027 Silver, Gold and Prestige products. | The page is a general pass page and does not identify its products as military rates. | A military-specific pass price is not filled from this page. |
| Official Fast Lane page | Read in Chrome; HTTP 200. Separately lists daily and all-season Fast Lane add-ons. | Daily Fast Lane is for one visit; all-season is valid all season. The page does not state a military Fast Lane rate. | Up to $9.99 processing fees plus taxes; no military-specific window stated. |
| Official general Season Pass Terms | Read in Chrome; page states general product validity and possible product/location-specific blockouts. | These general terms do not give a Kings Island military pass amount. | Product-specific pass terms remain controlling for pass products. |
| Montgomery County Veterans Services | Readable page says Kings Island offers military discounts throughout the year and usually has free-ticket Military Days over Memorial Day weekend. | No amount, ticket count or precise event date appears on this page. | “Usually” is not a current event date; no offer window is inferred. |
| Facebook group post | Readable 2022 post and comments discuss spouse eligibility, ID.me, online tickets and a moderator comment claiming up to 14 tickets. | The comment conflicts with the current official page's up-to-six wording and is not treated as current policy. | Post date June 28, 2022 is not an offer-validity date. |
| Kings Dominion result | Readable official page, but it is a different park. | The page was observed for the SERP audit only; no price or policy is transferred to Kings Island. | Out of scope for Kings Island terms. |
| WeSalute+ Kings Island offer | Readable third-party page says up to 45% on mailed Kings Island tickets. | WeSalute+ members; online or phone ordering; exact ticket prices/base not shown; tickets final and may have restrictions/expiry. | No specific offer dates shown. |
The Facebook moderator's 14-ticket comment is not adopted over the official page's up-to-six wording. The Kings Dominion result is retained only as an out-of-scope SERP row. Search snippets and unreadable bodies do not fill any military rate, pass eligibility or date.
No rate is inferred across tickets, passes or Fast Lane
The official Military Tickets page shows $45 for a single-day ticket but gives no military percentage. The general pass page is not a military offer; its pass products do not fill the military season-pass cell. Fast Lane has separate add-on pricing and no military-specific rate stated on the Fast Lane page. None is added to or compared with the $45 admission ticket.
The WeSalute+ up-to-45% claim belongs to its member-only mailed-ticket route and has no ticket-specific price/base on the readable page. It remains a separate third-party offer, not a Kings Island-wide rate. The complete page-body gap conclusion remains bounded by the six readable sources.
