Official historical annual-plan announcement
The Disney+ Press release describes a discount on the annual Disney+ subscription. It does not state an expiration date. Because the current Exchange offer page cannot be read, the present redemption status remains unknown.

Bundle searches stay on this page as a separate row
The three bundle queries are grouped together here. The GOVX page title is “Disney+ Military & First Responder Discount”; its body shows Military among several eligible-group badges for an ad-supported Disney+/Hulu bundle offer. The bundle row is kept separate from the standalone annual military offer.
